With over 30 years experience in the real estate sector, Gary is a qualified IPAV member and is also a recognised European Valuer through TEGOVA.
Specialising in residential sales, commercial and valuation services in the north east region. Notable recent sales include development lands in Dunleer, Bettystown House and commercial block at North Quay, Drogheda. From Tullyallen and now living in Monasterboice.
Outside of work, Gary is a big sports follower with keen interest in Boyne Rugby club, Drogheda United and Louth GAA.
With over 35 years' property industry experience, Gabriel O'Brien is a leading expert in the commercial, investment, development and new homes property sectors.
His earlier career included working in JLL, NCB Property, Anglo American (Johannesburg), the Gunne / CBRE network and latterly REA O'Brien Collins. Notable property deals conducted by Gabriel include the sale of Balbriggan Business Campus; Knockbrack House, The Prism Building and the Donore and East Coast Business Parks in Drogheda.
In addition, he was the letting agent at M1 Drogheda Retail Park and has transacted more than €80 million in development land sales within the North East. Outside of work, he plays as much tennis as he possibly can!
